Red Soil Software was created in June of 2006 by Brad Mallett. Initially, it will simply be the business front for selling League Pulse, but the long-term goal is to develop and sell other software via the company. This includes brand new products, as well as other services revolving around Madden.

Brad Mallett is the developer of BT-EZFM, MADCAT, MADSLIDE, The War Room's league site and, League Pulse. He was born, raised, and continues to reside in Prince Edward Island. He works as a web developer during the day and runs Red Soil Software on the nights and weekends!

Red Soil?
The name Red Soil Software comes about because of PEI's famous red soil. It's simply a result of high iron content in our soil (which rusts), but the effect is rather beautiful and is used to great effect in the province's tourism campaigns!

In the context of the company, it comes to represent a rich breeding ground for excellent software products to grow. Like PEI's red soil makes for excellent agricultural opportunities, I hope that many great products will be harvested from Red Soil Software's fields.
